    Series name: This product belongs to the series FOR ELECTRON AND SEMICONDUCTOR INDUSTRY.

     

    Main purpose of this series: It is mainly used for pulling single crystal silicon and germanium, and for producing gallium-arsenide and so on in electronics and semiconductor industry. It is also used for making quartz parts.

     

    Speciality of Raw material for this Series: High purity, fine grain, good performance of electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, high density, good corrosion resistance, thermal shock resistance, thermal stability, high mechanical strength, low permeability, and good oxidation resistance. The raw material is fit for producing various semiconductor moulds and large anode of radio tube. Properties depends on different product. The usual properties are as follows:

    Density: 1.73-1.84 g/cm, Open porosity: 10-15%, Compression Strength: 90-150 Mpa, Flexural strength: 40-65 Mpa, Purity: 50-100-300 PPm.
