Squirrel cage graphite heat exchanger

This type consists of: upper and bottom cover, upper and bottom holed plate, graphite tubes, liquid refraction plate. All the parts are of impregnated graphite. It is usually installed inside the reactor or vessel. The whole exchanger will be soaked in the corrosive solution. Inside the tubes are corrosive or un-corrosive liquid, such as cold salt solution, saturated steam, etc. Outside the tubes are corrosive mother liquor. The graphite tubes are usually in dia.32/22 MM, dia.50/36 MM. The tubes are ranged in one line, or two lines, or three lines. The outter size of the full exchanger can be designed as per the inner volume of the reactor or vessel.
